MOMCON 2025 Terms and Conditions

Tickets

• Your MOMCON ticket provides access to all conference activities, including main sessions, workshops, the Exhibit Hall and the AfterParty. Airfare, lodging, meals and souvenirs are not included.
• Ticket pricing changes take effect at 12:01 a.m. MST.
• Each ticket is subject to a $12.00 non-refundable processing fee.
• Tickets are fully refundable (less any fees) until July 25, 2025. After July 25, 2025, tickets are ineligible for refunds.
• If a natural disaster forces us to cancel MOMCON, we’ve got a plan in place. Our event insurance ensures that if event cancellation were to take place, attendees are protected, and we would open a refund application process to issue refunds for ticket purchases.

Speakers and Schedule

• Speakers and the conference schedule are subject to change.

Babies and Children

• MOMCON aims to provide a retreat-like experience. A private nursing moms’ room is available for pumping or nursing during Main Sessions, with live session streaming provided.
• Due to high noise levels, infants are not permitted in Main Sessions, even with headphones. Infants up to one year old may attend workshops; moms should sit toward the back and step out if the child becomes disruptive.
• Children over one year old and non-nursing children are not allowed at MOMCON.
• MOMCON does not provide childcare.
